Nadine Kelly

Nadine didn't study operations in a classroom. She learned it by building a business from the ground up — starting with $350, a rented commercial kitchen, and a vision that most people would have called too ambitious.

Over 7 years as founder and CEO of an e-commerce meal manufacturing company, she built the systems, hired and led the team, created the production infrastructure, and navigated every stage of growth that comes with turning a scrappy idea into a real operation. She expanded into B2B markets, launched an e-commerce platform, opened her own commercial production facility, and in 2019 won the first Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Northwestern Ontario.

In 2022, she made a deliberate choice to exit this company, because she discovered something important: her real genius wasn't in running this business. It was in building the operational infrastructure that makes businesses scalable. She realized she wanted to be the second-in-command — the person behind the scenes making sure the whole machine works.
