Nadine Kelly
SPRINGSS is founder-led and experience-driven.
The business was founded by Nadine Kelly, a former CEO with over a decade of experience building and operating businesses.
Before SPRINGSS, Nadine spent 7 years as the CEO of her first company, an e-commerce meal manufacturer built from the ground up.
She understands firsthand what it means to carry the vision, make high-stakes decisions, manage complexity, and remain responsible for execution.
That lived experience shapes how SPRINGSS supports founders today.
Nadine leads the SPRINGSS team with a deep respect for the realities of entrepreneurship — bringing clarity, structure, and ownership to the work without adding to a founder’s plate.
The team operates with context, autonomy, and a strong bias toward execution, helping clients move forward without hand-holding or unnecessary friction.
